We want you to be confident when you subscribe to AI SMM. This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to purchases from Individual Entrepreneur Vladislav Nikolaevich Aksenov (Russian Federation), trading as “AI SMM”.
14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can get a full refund of your first payment for a subscription plan — monthly or annual — if you ask within 14 calendar days of that payment. No questions asked.
1. What can be refunded

The 14-day guarantee applies once per customer. It may be refused where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeatedly creating new accounts to obtain refunds, or using the Service in breach of our User Agreement.
2. How to request a refund
- Email info@ai-smm.com from the email address of your account with the subject “Refund request”.
- Include the date and amount of the payment (or the invoice or transaction number).
- We confirm receipt within 2 business days and tell you our decision within 5 business days.
A refund of the first payment ends the subscription: access to paid features ends when the refund is issued, and the Account moves to the free plan if available. Your data is not deleted automatically.
3. Cancelling renewals
- You can turn off automatic renewal online at any time in Billing → Cancel recurring. You keep paid access until the end of the period already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
- For annual plans, we send a reminder email 15–45 days before renewal. If an annual plan renews and you did not use the Service after the renewal date, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it.
4. Service problems
If a failure on our side makes the paid Service substantially unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, or a paid feature you purchased is removed during your paid period, you can request a pro-rata refund or credit for the affected time. Problems caused by social networks or other Connected Platforms (such as API changes, account restrictions or outages) are outside our control, but we will do our best to help.
5. How refunds are paid
- Refunds are made to the original payment method, in the original currency, including any taxes we collected.
- We issue approved refunds within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need 5–10 additional business days to show the refund on your statement.
- We cannot refund currency conversion or bank fees charged by your own bank or payment provider.
- If the original payment method is no longer available, we will agree another way to return the money with you.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we resolve most billing questions within a few days. If a chargeback is opened, we may suspend the Account until it is resolved.
7. Your legal rights
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within 14 days of its conclusion. Our 14-day guarantee for the first payment gives you at least the same protection, and you do not need to give a reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email as described in Section 2.
- United States: this Policy is designed to comply with state automatic renewal laws. If your state’s law gives you additional rights to cancel or to a refund, those rights apply.
- Russian Federation: consumers may withdraw from a contract for services at any time, subject to payment of the costs we actually incurred, in accordance with the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
- Other countries: nothing in this Policy limits rights that you have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.
- Local representatives: you can send a refund request directly to us or through our representative in your country; contact details are provided on request at info@ai-smm.com.
