What can AI SMM do?

AI SMM is one workspace for a small business, an expert or an agency. You plan and publish posts to 14 networks, create texts, images and stories with AI in your brand’s voice, cut long videos into Shorts and Reels, answer chats and comments in one Inbox, automate conversations with chat flows and games, sell through an online store and a Telegram mini-app, take bookings, and see results in analytics. There are also Link Bio pages, email marketing, popups, web push, SEO and a Chrome extension.

Which networks are supported?

Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Telegram, Reddit, Discord, Bluesky, Mastodon and Odnoklassniki. WhatsApp is available as a chat channel. See Connecting social accounts and What you can publish to each network.

Which AI models are used?

Language and image models from OpenAI and Google Gemini. Generations are paid with AI credits included in your plan.

Getting started

Is there a free trial or a demo?

You can start on the Free plan at no cost and connect 2 accounts. Paid plans start with 7 free days on your first purchase. The best demo is your own account: register, connect a channel and create a post in ten minutes. If you want a walkthrough for a team, write to info@ai-smm.com.

Do I need to install anything?

No. AI SMM works in the browser. Only the optional Chrome extension is installed separately.

Everyday work

Can I create reports for clients?

Yes. In Analytics, open a report for one account or a group of accounts and click Export PDF. Pulse compares all networks, shows the best posts and times and gives an account score. X and Telegram have no analytics in AI SMM.

Is there a mobile app?

There is no separate app to install: the workspace works in the phone’s browser. Approvals and notifications come to Telegram, where the Telegram Mini App lets you edit, approve and publish posts.

Is there a browser extension?

Yes, an assistant for Chrome that finds your audience on LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Threads, likes, follows and views stories within each network’s limits, and prepares comments that you send yourself. See Chrome extension: your assistant in the browser.

Can a client approve posts without logging in?

Yes, from Telegram. See The calendar: queue, drafts, approvals and failed posts.

Can I manage AI SMM from Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. Open AI connector (MCP) in the account menu, copy your connection URL and add it as a connector. You choose the access; new posts are saved as drafts unless you ask to publish, and nothing can be deleted through the connector.

Security and account

Do you store my social network passwords?

No. Most networks are connected through their own sign-in window, and AI SMM receives only the access the network grants. You can remove an account in Channels at any time.

How do I protect my account?

Turn on two-factor authentication in Profile and give team members only the access they need.

Billing

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, on the Subscription plan page. A refund is possible within 14 days of the first payment. See Plans, payment, AI credits and refunds.

How do I contact support?

Open Support in the account menu and click Write to support. Describe the problem, add a link and the exact error text if you have one. Replies arrive in the same conversation. You can also write to info@ai-smm.com.
