Three rules for an honest ROI

Count your own time

If you post yourself, an hour is not free. Put a realistic hourly rate, or the ROI will look better than it is.

Attribute leads honestly

Ask new clients where they found you and tag links with UTM. Only count leads that really started in social media.

Look at three months, not one

Content works with a delay. A single weak month says little; a three-month average shows the trend.

Cut the hours, keep the leads

AI SMM writes and schedules posts for 14 networks and answers chats from your own documents, so the same results take fewer hours.

Questions

How is social media ROI calculated?

ROI = (revenue − cost) ÷ cost × 100%. Revenue here is leads × the share that buys × the average sale. Cost is your hours × rate plus tools and ads.

What is a good ROI?

Any positive number means the channel pays for itself. What counts as good depends on your margin: use gross margin instead of revenue if your costs of goods are high.

Should I use revenue or profit?

Profit is more honest. Enter the average profit per sale in the “average sale” field if you know it.

Is my data sent anywhere?

No. The calculator runs in your browser.
