Content approval

Content approval is the step where the owner, a client or a manager checks and confirms a post before it is published.

Content approval is the review step between writing a post and publishing it. Someone with authority (the business owner, a client of an agency, a legal or brand manager) reads the post, suggests edits and gives a clear yes or no. Good approval flows are fast and leave a record of who approved what.

For a small business or agency, approval prevents mistakes like wrong prices, outdated offers or a tone the owner dislikes. The common problem is speed: posts get stuck in email threads and messenger chats, and publishing dates slip. The easier it is to approve, the more reliable the content plan becomes.

Example: a freelance SMM manager prepares a week of posts for a dental clinic. The clinic director reviews them on her phone between patients, fixes one price and approves the rest in a few taps.

In AI SMM the owner or client receives posts in a Telegram bot and approves, edits or rejects them in a Telegram Mini App; nothing is published without a yes. See social media management.
