Social commerce

Social commerce is selling products directly through social networks and messengers, from discovery to order.

Social commerce means selling where people already spend their time: on social networks and in messengers. Customers discover a product in a post or video, ask questions in DMs and place an order through a shoppable post, a catalogue, a chat or an in-app storefront, often without visiting a traditional website.

For a small business, social commerce shortens the path from “I like this” to “I bought it”. Every extra step (finding the website, registering, searching for the product again) loses customers, especially on a phone. What matters most: good product photos and videos, clear prices, fast replies and a checkout that works in a couple of taps.

Example: a handmade jewellery brand shows new pieces in Reels and Telegram posts. Each post has a link to the product in its storefront, and customers who have questions write in DMs and get a direct link to the cart.

AI SMM’s online store gives you a mobile storefront, a store bot and a Telegram Mini App with orders, delivery and payments; the catalogue can be imported from Wildberries, Ozon and Yandex Eats.
