Analytics: Pulse, per-network stats and competitors

How Pulse compares all networks on one screen, which networks have analytics, how to watch competitors and share results.

Numbers only help when they tell you what to do next. AI SMM analytics puts all your networks on one screen, compares them with the previous period and adds a short AI hint about what changed and what to watch.

Where to find it

In the Social media management app, the Analytics section has two items: Pulse, the overview of all networks, and Analytics, reports per account.

Which networks have analytics

Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Discord, Bluesky, Mastodon and Odnoklassniki. X and Telegram have no analytics in AI SMM. Data is updated automatically every hour.

Pulse

At the top choose the period (last 7, 30 or 90 days) and, if needed, filter by company or channel grid. Then use the tabs:

Tab What it shows
Home / Pulse Followers, reach, engagements, engagement rate and posts against the previous period; networks compared; followers gained and lost
Posts Your best posts ranked by engagement rate
Best time A weekday-by-hour heatmap of when your audience responds; appears after about 15 posts
Score An account score from 0 to 100 based on engagement, growth, regularity and reach, with “Fix this first”
Benchmark You compared with the anonymous average of AI SMM workspaces
Competitors Accounts you track and how they compare with yours

If you connected Threads, a tab with Threads conversations worth joining appears as well. On Home, Score and Competitors, the block “AI · what you see and what to watch” explains the numbers in two or three sentences.

Watch competitors

  1. Open the Competitors tab.
  2. Choose the network, type the handle or paste a profile link and click Add competitor.
  3. Or click Find competitors, paste a competitor’s website and click Find accounts; then choose Track or Hide for each suggestion (this uses the Chrome extension).

With the Chrome extension you can also collect the audience that comments on competitors, now or as a weekly sweep in the hours you choose.

Reports per account

  1. Open Analytics.
  2. Choose an account and click View single, or choose two or more accounts of the same network and click View group.
  3. Set the range (7, 30 or 90 days).
  4. Click Export PDF to download a report you can send to a client or a manager.

If an account’s data stops updating, use Reconnect channel on the same page.

How to read it

  • Look at the trend, not a single day: compare the period with the previous one.
  • Engagement rate says more than likes: it accounts for audience size.
  • Start with the Score tab’s “Fix this first”: one action is better than ten charts.
  • Use Best time to set the publishing slots in the calendar.
