Knowledge base

A knowledge base is an organised collection of your prices, services, rules and FAQs that people or AI use to answer customer questions.

A knowledge base is one place where a business keeps the facts customers ask about: prices, services, opening hours, delivery and return terms, policies and answers to frequent questions. It can serve people directly (a help centre on the website) or feed an AI assistant that answers in chats.

For a small business, a knowledge base solves two problems. Staff stop giving different answers to the same question, and AI replies are grounded in your real information rather than in guesses. When a price or rule changes, you update it once and every answer follows.

Example: a dog grooming salon adds its price list by breed, preparation tips, cancellation rules and parking details. Now the AI assistant answers “How much for a spaniel?” or “Can I cancel tomorrow?” correctly at any hour, and staff handle only unusual cases.

AI SMM’s AI knowledge base stores texts, price lists, FAQs and policies. AI uses them to suggest or send replies in the inbox and in chat flows, and hands the conversation to a person when it is not sure.
