If you already work in Claude or ChatGPT, you do not have to switch windows to manage your social media. The AI Connector links your own AI assistant to your AI SMM workspace, so you can ask in plain language: “schedule a post for Friday” or “show this month’s analytics”.
Where to find it
Click your avatar in the top menu and choose AI Connector. It is also in the account menu under Growth and infrastructure → AI connector (MCP). If you see Not included in your plan, click Choose a plan with the AI Connector.
Connect in 2 minutes
At the top of the page is Your connection URL. Click Copy URL. You do not need keys or passwords: your AI app asks you to sign in to AI SMM and approve access. Then pick your app under Connect in 2 minutes.
Claude
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
- Name it “AI SMM” and paste the URL.
- Leave OAuth Client ID and Secret empty and press Add.
- Sign in to AI SMM and approve the access request.
ChatGPT
- Open Settings → Apps and connectors → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
- Press Create, name the connector “AI SMM” and paste the URL.
- Choose OAuth as authentication and confirm.
- Sign in to AI SMM and approve the access request.
Custom connectors need a paid ChatGPT plan, and menu names can differ slightly between versions.
Claude Code and other apps
The Claude Code tab has a ready terminal command to copy; then type /mcp in Claude Code and sign in. Under Other apps you will find the setup for any app that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in, such as Cursor.
The approval screen
When you sign in, AI SMM shows which app is asking for access, which account you are signed in with and what the app will be able to do. Below is a separate checkbox: Reply to your customers in chats and change store order statuses. It is off by default. Messages and status changes reach real customers, so tick it only for an assistant you trust. Click Allow access to finish or Cancel to stop.
What you can ask
| Area | Examples |
|---|---|
| Posts and analytics | List channels and posts, read channel analytics, create or schedule a post |
| Companies | Read, create or update a company brand profile |
| Stores | Products, categories, store settings, list orders |
| Inbox | Read conversations, resolve, reopen or add a note |
| Channel groups and approvals | Create groups, approve or reject posts waiting for approval |
| SEO, Link Bio, RSS, video | Order an SEO article, build a link-in-bio page, manage RSS rules, cut a video into clips |
Try: “Show unanswered customer chats and draft replies in their language” or “Show posts waiting for approval and approve the ones about the sale”. The page has more examples: click one to copy it. The full list is under What the AI connector can do.
New posts are saved as drafts unless you explicitly ask the AI to publish. Replying to a customer and changing an order status work only if you ticked the customer checkbox when approving the connection.
Keep an eye on it
- Connected applications lists every app with access and badges: Reads data, Makes changes, Talks to customers. Click Disconnect to remove one app or Disconnect all.
- Actions performed by connected apps logs every request with the app name and time. A request without the right permission is marked Blocked — no permission.
- To change the customer permission, disconnect the app and connect it again.

Write to support: a person answers, usually within a working day. Inside the app, the Knowledge base has lessons for every section.
