Bulk posts and RSS schedules

Creating posts one by one is fine for a few a week. When you have a content plan of fifty posts in a spreadsheet, or a news site that publishes every day, two tools save hours: Bulk posts and RSS schedules.

Bulk posts: import from a CSV file

Bulk posts create many posts at once from a CSV file, the format any spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers) can save.

1. Open Social media management → Bulk posts.
2. Click Download template to get the file bulk-posts-template.csv.
3. Fill it in, one row per post:
   • caption: the post text (required);
   • schedule_time: date and time of publishing;
   • link: a link for the post;
   • media_url: a link to an image or video;
   • status_mode: schedule to schedule, draft to create a draft.
4. In Where to publish, choose the channels. Every row goes to every channel you pick.
5. In Your file, choose the CSV (up to 10 MB).
6. In Timing and tags, set the Gap between posts, minutes (60 by default), and optionally a campaign and labels.
7. Check before importing shows how many posts will be created, the first and last times, and rows with problems. Fix those rows in the file if needed.
8. Click Import posts, then Open calendar.

The number of rows per file depends on your plan. Each created post can be opened and edited in the calendar.

Tips for bulk posts

• Upload images to Files first and use their links in media_url.
• If you send the same file to Instagram, check that every row has media: Instagram does not accept text-only posts.
• Start with five rows to check the result, then import the rest.

RSS schedules

RSS turns news from a website into posts automatically.

1. Open Social media management → RSS schedules and click Add RSS Schedule.
2. Enter the RSS URL and choose the channels.
3. Choose options: AI rewrite with your own prompt, words to include or exclude, publishing without a link, automatic link shortening, a monthly AI credit limit.
4. Set the time slots, weekdays and dates. Save.

In the list of schedules you can run one now, pause or resume it and open its log.

Channel networks and digests

For news channels fed from several sources, use Create channel network on the same page. The wizard asks for a topic, sources (RSS feeds, Telegram channels, websites), the channels to publish to with a language and an approver for each, and the rules. Posts are sent for approval.

A channel network can also Compile a digest: one numbered round-up post with 2–15 items, fresh or most discussed, at the time you choose (18:00 by default).
