Reusable texts: the Captions library

Many posts repeat the same parts: contacts, a delivery note, a set of hashtags, a call to book. Retyping them is slow and error-prone. In AI SMM reusable text lives in the Captions library, and new texts start from AI.

The Captions library

Open Social media management → Calendar and switch to the Captions tab above the calendar. Here are all saved texts with their tags, status and source: written by you or by AI.

Create a caption

1. On the Captions tab click Create Caption.
2. Give it a short name (“Contacts”, “Hashtags – cakes”), paste the text and add tags if you want to find it quickly.
3. Save it.

Save a text from the composer

While writing a post, click Save Caption under the text. The current text goes to the library, marked as written by you or by AI.

Use a caption in a post

1. In the post composer, click Get Caption.
2. Find the caption by name or tag in the library window and choose it.
3. The text is inserted into the post. You can still edit it for this particular post.

What to keep as captions

• the address, phone and opening hours;
• hashtag sets for different topics;
• a standard closing line with a link to booking or the store;
• notes that must appear in advertising posts;
• whole posts that repeat, for example a weekly “free slots” announcement.

New texts: start from AI

When you need a new text rather than a repeated one:

• In the composer, open the AI tools and click AI Caption: describe the topic and get a draft in your brand’s voice.
• In AI Studio, open AI Content for longer texts, several versions at once and more settings.
• Repurpose turns one text into versions for different networks.

Good AI texts can be saved to the library with Save Caption, so the next time you start from a proven version.

Which to use

Tips

• Keep blocks short: a caption that takes half the post pushes the message out of the preview.
• Review hashtag captions every few months; popular tags change.
• The Captions tab may depend on your plan. If you do not see it, check Subscription plan.
