A chat flow answers people automatically: it greets them, asks questions, shows buttons, sends a promised file, takes a payment or books an appointment. You build it once, and it works in every connected messenger around the clock.
Where to find it
Open Omnichannel Inbox → Automations. Here are your flows with their status (Live, Paused, Draft), the run history and the button Create flow.
Three ways to start
1. From a ready funnel
Under Start from a ready funnel, templates are grouped by goal: collect leads, sell and take money, book people in, grow the audience, bring people back. Click Take this one: the template opens as a draft with the blocks already connected. Examples:
- Comment to a private message;
- Subscribe and get the gift;
- Lead magnet with a phone number;
- Sell and open access; Sell access for Telegram Stars;
- Book straight from the chat; Bring back an abandoned cart;
- AI answers, hard questions go to a person;
- Invite a friend; Contest with tasks.
2. From a description
In Or describe it and the agent will assemble it, write the task in plain words: “A person writes ‘booking’, the bot shows free time, books them and reminds them a day before”. Click Assemble the funnel. The agent knows your business, channels and products; the result opens as a draft.
3. From scratch
Create an empty flow, add a trigger and connect blocks on the canvas.
Triggers
Message received · Bot started (Telegram, including start links) · Subscribed to a list · At a set time · Went quiet · Order in the store · Called from outside (webhook) · Entered a segment.
Blocks
- Messages: Send message (with Add button, each button has its own branch; buttons work in Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and Messenger), Reply in a private message, Answer with AI, Send an email, Send a link and wait, Answer with a voice message.
- Conditions: Text contains, Enough points?, Split the people, What we know about them, Consent check, Subscription check (Telegram and Instagram).
- Waiting: Wait (up to 7 days), Wait for a reply, Wait for a booking or a payment.
- Money: Issue a bill, Book a service, Show a product, Grant access, Has access?
- Tables: find, add or update a row, or hand out a unique value such as a promo code.
- CRM: Ask and save, Tag the contact, Remember a value, Hand over to a human, Hand over to another flow, Continue in another messenger, Call your own service, End.
Payments
A flow can issue a bill through a payment gateway connected for your project in API & integrations (for example YooKassa, T-Bank, CloudPayments, Robokassa, Prodamus, YooMoney, Stripe, PayPal) or take Telegram Stars, which need no gateway. After payment, Grant access opens paid content for the chosen number of days.
Test and publish
- Click Try in chat: a phone-style preview lets you walk the flow yourself. Nothing is sent or charged.
- Click Check to find unconnected blocks and empty fields.
- Click Publish. A live flow reacts only to real incoming messages.
Reports and history
Run history records every run step by step. Each flow also has a Report with a funnel: how many people reached each step and where they dropped off.
Tips
- Keep the first message short and offer two or three buttons.
- Always leave a way to reach a person.
- Some networks allow a private reply to a comment only for a limited time.

Write to support: a person answers, usually within a working day. Inside the app, the Knowledge base has lessons for every section.
