The Store app gives you a storefront, orders, delivery and payments without a separate website. The store has its own page and can open as a mini-app inside Telegram, so people buy right where they talk to you.
Where to find it
Open All apps → Store. The menu has three sections:
- Store: Store settings, Products, Orders, Categories;
- Analytics: Store analytics, Requests and reviews;
- Marketing: Marketing, Audience and mailings, Promos and offers, Store promotion.
Step 1. Store settings
- Open Store settings and enter the Store name.
- Choose the Store type: regular, or Restaurant and food delivery, which shows products as dishes.
- Pick one of 16 Storefront designs, from Classic and Minimal to Bakery and Kids. If none fits, you can request a custom design.
- Set up Delivery and pickup: zones, prices and pickup points. Delivery carriers such as DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, CDEK or Russian Post can be connected.
- Choose how customers pay. Payment gateways are connected once per project in API & integrations under Tools; in the store you only pick which connected gateway to use.
Step 2. Products and categories
- Create Categories so the catalog is easy to browse on a phone.
- Add items in Products: name, photos, price, description, options.
- Already selling elsewhere? Use Catalog import on the Products tab: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Wildberries, Ozon and other marketplaces, or any catalog via a file. Restaurants can import a menu by pasting a link from Yandex Eats and similar services.
- Check prices and photos after import.
Step 3. Open the storefront in Telegram
- Create a bot in @BotFather and copy its token.
- In Store settings, open Bot and Mini App and paste the token into Bot token.
- The storefront opens as a Mini App from a button in the bot. You can edit the bot’s greeting and link your own Telegram to manage orders there.
- Open the bot yourself and place a test order.
The store also has its own web page. In Promos and offers you can download a QR code, an A4 poster or a paper business card with the store link.
Step 4. Orders
New orders appear in Orders and move through stages: awaiting payment, new, packing, shipped, delivered or cancelled. Returns and customer messages are in Requests and reviews; sales and top products are in Store analytics.
Marketing
- Promos and offers: discounts, promo codes and printed QR materials.
- Audience and mailings: your customers and messages to them.
- Store promotion: an autopilot that creates social posts about your products. The first 10 posts need your approval.
Products can also appear in chat flows with the Show a product block, and a flow can start from a new order.
Tips
- Check the storefront on your own phone before sharing it.
- Use the same background for all product photos.
- Place one test order through each payment method before launch.
