Besides Instagram, Facebook, Threads and Telegram, AI SMM publishes to ten more networks. All of them are connected in Channels: choose the network, sign in on its page and allow access. Below is what each network needs and what it supports.
Video networks
TikTok
- Sign in with your TikTok account and allow publishing.
- Publish videos and photo carousels. Analytics shows views, likes, followers and engagement rate.
- TikTok comments and messages do not come into the Inbox.
YouTube
- Sign in with the Google account that owns the channel and choose the channel.
- One video per post, with a title and description. Comments come into the Inbox; analytics is available.
Business networks
- There are two separate types on the LinkedIn card: LinkedIn Profile for your personal profile and LinkedIn Page for company pages you administer.
- Publish text, images, video or a link. Analytics is available; LinkedIn messages are not in the Inbox.
- For finding people and commenting with your approval, use the Chrome extension.
- After sign-in, choose the board for each pin in the composer.
- A pin has a title, a link and one image or one video. Analytics is available.
X (Twitter)
- Choose X Profile and sign in with your X account. In some workspaces each X account needs a paid slot; the card then offers to buy X account slots.
- Posts can have text, up to 4 images or 1 video, and polls.
- Direct messages and mentions come into the Inbox and chat flows work there. X has no analytics in AI SMM.
Communities
- Publish a text post or a link post. Analytics shows karma, score and comments. No Inbox.
Discord
- Discord connects with a webhook, not a login. In Discord, open the settings of the exact channel you want to post to, create a webhook under Integrations and copy its URL. In AI SMM choose Discord Channel and paste it into Webhook URL.
- To receive Discord messages in the Inbox, also fill in the optional field for your own bot token from the Discord Developer Portal.
- Messages can have an image and polls. Analytics shows members and reactions.
Open networks
Bluesky
- Choose Bluesky Profile and enter your handle and an App password. Create the app password in Bluesky settings; do not use your main password. The server field is only for accounts outside bsky.social.
- Text and up to 4 images; video is not supported. Replies, mentions and messages come into the Inbox.
Mastodon
- Choose Mastodon Profile, enter your Mastodon server URL (for example mastodon.social), click Continue with Mastodon and log in on your server.
- Text, media and polls, but not media and a poll in one post. Mentions and direct messages come into the Inbox.
Odnoklassniki
- Connect a group you administer. Posts with text and images, and polls. Analytics is available; no Inbox.

If something goes wrong
- If sign-in closes without adding the account, allow pop-ups for app.ai-smm.com and try again.
- If the account disappears or posts fail, reconnect it in Channels: access has probably expired.
- Check the plan limit: when it is reached, a new account cannot be added until you remove one or upgrade.
