A quick tour of the workspace: apps, menu and your first week

How the AI SMM workspace is organised into apps, where the shared tools live and what to set up in your first week.

AI SMM is one workspace made of several apps. Each app has its own menu, and a few tools are shared by all of them. Knowing this layout saves a lot of clicking in the first days.

Home and the app list

After sign-in you see the Dashboard. All apps opens the list of apps on your plan. When you open an app, the left menu shows only that app’s sections, and the All apps link at the top takes you back.

The apps

App What it is for
Social media management Channels, Calendar, Company wizard, RSS schedules, Bulk posts, Pulse and Analytics, Channel groups, Telegram notifications
Omnichannel Inbox Chats and comments, Contacts, Knowledge Base, Automations (chat flows), Tables, Live Chat Widget, Reports
Store Products, orders, store analytics and store marketing
Link Bio Pages for the link in your profile
Appointments Schedule, staff, services and online booking
Video Video clips, Channel autopilot, Stories generator, Video editor
SEO Articles, positions and site health
Email Marketing, Popups, Web Push Notifications Newsletters and website tools

Which apps you see depends on your plan and, in a team, on the permissions the owner gave you.

Shared tools

Some screens belong to every app, so they open without leaving the app you are in:

  • Channels: connected social accounts.
  • Files: photos and videos for posts, stores and pages.
  • AI Studio: all AI tools in one expandable menu item.
  • API & integrations: keys, webhooks and payment gateways for the whole project.
  • Activity: a log of what was done in the project and by whom.

The account menu

Projects and team, Profile, Subscription plan, Invoices, Packages, Affiliate program, AI connector (MCP) and Support live in the account menu.

A plan for your first week

  1. Day 1. Connect your channels and run the Company wizard. The brand profile it creates is used by every AI tool.
  2. Day 2. Create a few posts in the Calendar. Try the AI tools in the composer and see how the text changes per network.
  3. Day 3. Upload your photos to Files in folders. If you have a content plan in a spreadsheet, import it with Bulk posts.
  4. Day 4. Connect a chat channel to the Inbox and fill in the Knowledge Base with prices and answers to common questions.
  5. Day 5. Start a chat flow from a template, for example “comment to DM”.
  6. Day 7. Open Pulse and look at what worked. Plan the next week from there.

Take one step at a time. It is better to have three networks working well than ten set up halfway.

Write to support: a person answers, usually within a working day. Inside the app, the Knowledge base has lessons for every section.
