What it is
Cyber Monday is the Monday after US Thanksgiving, which in 2026 falls on 30 November. The name is usually linked to American retailers and shoppers who used the first Monday after the holiday weekend to buy online, and it has since become a day for online-only offers.
Today it works as the online sibling of Black Friday: a good moment for web shops to extend offers, ship quickly and remind buyers of delivery cut-offs.

What to aim for
- Sales: convert people who looked at your offers on Black Friday but did not buy
- Retargeting: remind subscribers who left a cart or saved a post
- Trust: promise delivery dates you can keep and show them clearly
Post ideas by format
Post
- A “last chance” post with what is available online until midnight and delivery cut-off dates
- A short explainer: how to order in three taps and what to do if something does not fit
Carousel
- “Top picks from our catalogue”: one slide per product, who it is for and why
- A delivery guide: slides with deadlines for different regions or courier options
Reel / short video
- Hook: “From click to doorstep in 60 seconds.” A fast tour of how an order gets packed and sent
- Hook: “Three gifts you can order from your sofa.” Quick demos of three bestsellers
Stories
- A countdown sticker to the end of the online offer with a link to the catalogue
- A poll: “Did you shop on Black Friday or do you wait for Monday?” followed by a link

Today is Cyber Monday, and everything we offer is available only on our site. Choose from the favourites we featured last week, add them to your cart and check the delivery date on the product page. Orders placed before the cut-off will reach you in time for the holidays. Save this post for the checklist and tell us what is in your cart.
Quick reminder for the channel: Cyber Monday offers are available in our online catalogue until the end of the day. Open the catalogue from the menu button, filter by category and write to us in the chat if you are not sure about size or colour. We reply fast and will help you choose before the delivery cut-off passes.
Cyber Monday is a stress test for any online shop. Before the day, we usually check three things: does the page load quickly on mobile, is the checkout simple enough to finish in a minute, and does the support team know the answers about delivery. If you notice a weak spot today, fix it before the next sale rather than after.
Meme and trend formats that fit
- Me vs my cart. Two panels: the shopper who said “just looking” and the full cart. Aim the joke at the shared experience of online shopping.
- Deadline panic. A short video of the team racing against a clock to pack the last orders, ending on a thank-you to customers. Keep it playful, not stressful.
What to avoid
- Do not repeat the same banner every hour; one offer, one reminder and one last call are enough
- Do not promise delivery dates that your courier cannot keep
- Avoid fake urgency such as invented countdowns that reset
When to post
- Prepare your product pages and delivery messages the week before
- Publish the main post on Monday morning on 30 November and a last-call story in the evening
- On Tuesday, thank buyers and tell them when parcels will ship
What to check afterwards
- Orders and conversion from post and story links
- Abandoned carts and replies in your chats, which show where to improve
- Saves and shares of the post, a sign of people planning to come back later
