What it is
World Water Day is observed on 22 March and is promoted by the United Nations. It draws attention to the importance of fresh water and to the people who still do not have reliable access to clean water, and each year has its own theme.
For businesses it is a practical day: you can show how you use water responsibly, remind people to drink enough water and make small, real changes.

For World Water Day we have set up a refill point: bring your own bottle and we will fill it with fresh filtered water for free. It saves a plastic cup and helps you drink more during the day. Tag us with a photo of your bottle and tell us in the comments how many glasses you manage on a workday.
Many of us forget to drink water until the end of the day. On World Water Day we share a simple plan: a glass in the morning, one with each meal and a bottle at your desk. Needs vary from person to person, so if you have health conditions, ask your doctor what suits you. Save this post and tell us your own trick.
Challenge for World Water Day: use one reusable bottle for a whole week and count the plastic cups you avoid. In the video we show three bottles from our catalogue and how we refill them at work. Join in with your own bottle, post your result and tag us. We will reshare the most creative setups next week.
Meme and trend formats that fit
- Expectation vs reality. Two panels: the plan to drink two litres a day and the half-full bottle at six in the evening. A gentle self-joke works well as a reminder.
- Water tracker bingo. A grid of simple daily water habits for followers to tick and share. Link it to your refill point or product.
What to avoid
- Do not make shocking claims about water use or shortages without a source; link to the UN or another official page if you cite facts
- Do not claim your product “saves the planet”; describe the real, small thing it does
- Do not give medical advice about how much water to drink; recommend asking a doctor
When to post
- Set up the refill point or the offer a week ahead and photograph it
- Publish in the morning of 22 March and show the refill station in Stories during the day
- The day after, share photos of customers with bottles and the number of refills, if you counted them
What to check afterwards
- Number of refills or reusable bottles sold
- Saves of the water-saving tips carousel
- Tags and photos in the bottle challenge
