Youth Day is a good moment to share what we learned the hard way. Our students and mentors collected five short lessons about choosing a profession, asking questions and not being afraid to start small. Swipe to read them and add your own in the comments. What would you tell yourself at eighteen?
Our youngest trainers invite you to a Youth Day challenge. Pick a trending sound, repeat a simple movement in your own style and add our hashtag. No experience is needed, just good mood. We will show our favourite videos in the account and invite the authors to a free taster session. Show us your move.
Today we want to introduce the youngest people on our team. They joined last year and already bring fresh ideas to how we work with customers. Meet them in the photo below. If you are a student or a young specialist and want to try yourself in our business, write to us in this chat and we will tell you about opportunities.
Meme and trend formats that fit
- First job vs expectation. Two panels: what you expected from the first job and what the first week looked like. Use it with young team members as authors, kindly and without mocking beginners.
- Generational mix-up. A light skit with younger and older colleagues swapping tools or phrases. Keep it affectionate and make sure no generation looks silly.
What to avoid
- Do not use youth slang you do not really use; it reads as awkward and fake
- Avoid stereotyping young people as lazy or distracted
- Do not make a youth discount the only reason to post; give young people something useful or interesting
When to post
- Check the exact date, the last Saturday of June, and prepare content a week ahead
- Publish in the late morning or afternoon when young audiences are active
- The day after, reshare the best responses and invite those interested to follow up
What to check afterwards
- Engagement from followers in the 18–30 range in your analytics, if available
- Applications, sign-ups or messages from students and young people
- Shares and views of the challenge reel
